Insomnia

Description

Piper Valentine is a woman on the edge, her world shattered by betrayal and loss. Her husband’s infidelity and the collapse of her business have left her adrift, and her only companion now is the endless highway stretching before her. As she drives through nights that never seem to end, seedy motels and fleeting encounters blur the line between reality and dreams.
Then she meets Terry. He’s a breath of fresh air in her chaotic world, offering a sweetness she never expected from a one-night stand. The sex is tender, a stark contrast to her turbulent life. But the illusion shatters when she discovers Terry’s secret—he’s a drug dealer. Desperate for a change, she agrees to run an errand for him.
Her journey leads her to a meth lab, a place where the night takes on a dangerous edge. After a wild night with the lab’s cooks, Phil and Faith, Piper wakes to find herself abandoned. As Terry races to rescue her, his partner January is less forgiving, seeing Piper as a liability rather than a lost soul.
In the chaos, Terry offers her more than just a handful of cash; he gives her a glimpse of hope and perhaps, a chance to finally stop running from herself. In “Insomnia,” Piper must navigate the shadows of her own desires and fears, discovering whether she has the strength to reclaim her life.
